Are you a passionate and skilled software engineer with a knack for building robust and scalable applications? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment, ready to contribute your expertise to revolutionize the fintech industry? We're searching for highly skilled Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. We're looking for someone who can bring their expertise in developing and maintaining full-stack applications, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of fintech. You can expect:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their issues and provide timely resolutions.

  • Issue Analysis: Investigate and comprehend why specific components of the Integral product are malfunctioning, collaborating with product and engineering teams to address and fix issues.

  • Diagnostic Tools: Build tooling used to identify and prevent customer issues based on recurring patterns in escalated issues, and then working across other Engineering teams to get long-term fixes built into the product itself.

  • Technical Liaison: Serve as a bridge between the frontline support team and the full-stack engineering team, informing product roadmap with the voice of Integral’s customers.

  • Documentation Quality: Ensuring that product documentation reflects the current state of the Integral product and enables our customers for success.

Hard Requirements

  • Intermediate SQL knowledge to pull and manipulate data for debugging issues, building aggregations that can help provide context on the issue to the fullstack teams, and building tooling that our Support team can use to proactively resolve issues.

  • Knowledge of Typescript and familiarity with React to enable quick frontend changes for customers (both for bug fixes and new feature development).

  • Interest in working at an early-stage startup with exposure to the full customer lifecycle and Integral’s product and engineering teams.

  • Genuine interest in the domains of crypto and finance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications to engage with customers.
