The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the Web3 industry. This position requires a dynamic self-starter with exceptional sales skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a passion for driving tangible results. Emphasis will be placed on fostering strong client relationships. In this role you can expect to:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to prospect, target, and acquire new customers within the Web3 sector through a combination of sales calls, in-person meetings, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor sales strategies effectively.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to understand product offerings, competitive advantages, and market positioning, effectively communicating these to potential customers.
Nurture and cultivate strong relationships with prospects, serving as a trusted advisor by understanding their business requirements and proposing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements, ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding process for new clients.

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the Web3, fintech, or related industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results, coupled with a proactive and resilient attitude.
Willingness to travel extensively for in-person client meetings as required.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.

—> Compensation: $120K - $150K CAD base with 100% commission available.
